When we got to the location to check in the employee was absent. Other clients were waiting, some inside the facility, a gentleman with me outside the office. The gentleman called number on the paper posted on the door and apparently they didn't know why the employee was absent. Later they called the gentleman to let us now it will be another 10 minutes for employee to return. But the time employee returned, approximately 25 minutes had passed. Then I went to return the keys for the carts and employee was gone. I raised my phone to your camera (corridor between storage and office doors) for company to show it was exactly 5 pm. How can this employee just take off knowing she's holding clients' driver's licenses? If employee, for whatever reason, is unable to fulfill duties, it should had asked to be absent from work on this day. Additionally, why clients have to turn in their driver's licenses when confidential information is on it on this age of identity theft? It is sad these events took place because the facility's cleanliness & security are very good.

Comparing prices online was the best ideal because storagemart had the best deal. I called and they quickly reserved my unit. I came in the store and the gentleman politley explained everything and showed how big the storage was and the features included. I definitely recommend this location.

One thing I will say up front, is that this facility is very communicative! I was notified by SMS text, email, and telephone about my upcoming reservation, (multiple times, actually!). The access and office-hours listings were made very clear, and for me, there was simply no mystery about any aspect of the process. However, since it has been a very long time since we leased/rented a storage facility the process was fairly new to me. Even so, Elena, the facility manager, was very pleasant and very professional as she explained things to me. During my tour, she also easily provided for the needs of some of the other customers in the building without skipping a beat. Also, I found it very handy that the Sparefoot/StorageMart facility stocks quite an array of needed moving supplies with reasonable prices; I know that we will take full advantage of that during our transition from one home to another.

The facility was great. The unit was super clean. Customer Service was outstanding. The agent, Elena went beyong expectations. She explained every single detail, walk us to our unit, offer us any additional assistance. She provide us all we need!!! AWESOME Customer Service!!!!

The young sales lady was very helpful and attentive. I had the intention to go to another storage company and with service like the one I got, why risk the possibility of aggravation. She explain everything and gave me a tour of the place. Very very happy with the service.

I reserved my unit online; the following week I went to the physical store to pay and fill out the paperwork. I told the lady my moving date will be May 31st. She NEVER mentioned they would be closed on that Sunday (Easter Sunday). Don't get me wrong, I don't mind being off on a holiday, but Tell Me Please!!! Her duty was to informed and they failed. That Monday, which they were open, I kept leaving messages after messages to the manager. She NEVER returned a single one of my phone calls, NOT ONE!!!! Right now, I feel a huge distrust for this company. They are unreliable, irresponsible and have no notion of what customer service is about. They do not return calls and if you need help…you are on your own. To this day, nobody has called me to even offer an apology for putting me through hell; but then again… Why should that be a surprise?
